Hello to all,
For those of you who haven't visited our store yet, here's a little bit of information about us. Please pass this on to your friends and families and help support a good cause. Also, if you know of anyone in need of clothing(school children/families, etc.) that cannot afford to pay for it, have them contact me.
Redeemed Books & Gifts has been in Mt. Holly Springs since August 2008, previously owned by Sandra Posten who sold the business to return to her home state. I purchased the business in March 2011, which was housed next door to where we are currently located. Due to the need for a larger area and growing business, we were able to purchase the building next door and move to our new location in June of this year.
We are a Christian book, gift and thrift store whose profits support missions and local families in need. The store is run 100% by volunteers. Going forward, we are looking at additional features for ministry including adult and children's Bible classes, under the guidance of our church, Reflections of Christ Community Church.
We offer Christian fiction, t-shirts, music CD's, DVD's, Bibles, and greeting cards. We also have a designated area where children can play or read books while their parents shop. Beverly Lewis, Joyce Meyer, and Wanda Brunstetter are just a few of the authors people are enjoying these days whose books we offer.
New arrivals are put out each month. Currently, we have our Christmas fiction line on display, as well as our 2013 inspirational planners, and cookbook stocking stuffers. We also carry glassware, some antiques and collectibles, and a line of country/Americana decorating items. Special ordering of church supplies and other items is also available. Some items such as tithing envelopes, communion cups and anointing oils are in stock.
In addition to all of this, we offer the community a new and used thrift store where you can get many GREAT deals. Most gently-used clothing is priced at $2.00 each.
